  On my annual blackpool trip with the misses and we were struggling for a place to eat. We settled on this and i havent looked back. The atmosphere was amazing, music was quiet and soft, waiter was incredible, my steak was perfect aswell as my jacket potatoe. Price was very reasonable. Unfortunatly there was that much on my plate i couldnt fit a desert in. Fantatstic job guys. Will try and visit again

  We ate here for our engagement meal yesterday with our kids :) staff were lovely and we really enjoyed it ! We will be coming back on our next travels too blackpool . highly recommended . prices excellent too

  We visited the Eating Inn on Sunday afternoon, 29th May 2016, there was three of us told to sit at a table, about 3pm, our order for a light lunch, just some sandwiches and three cold drinks was taken, half an hour later, the sandwiches still had not arrived, I queried this with the waitress, who said they were busy, we sat on, at 3:40pm, still no food for our table, but customers who had come in after us, were been served their food, again I queried this with the waitress, again said that we wanted a toasted sandwich, and we had to wait for that, I pointed out that she had served other meals for people who had come after us, she tried to tell me they were starters, I am yet to see a jacket potato as a starter, and that it takes forty minutes to prepare a toasted sandwich, eventually the sandwiches are brought to our table, only one of the sandwiches was wrong, we asked for a cheese and tomato and were served a cheese and ham, this was returned and we waited for the cheese and tomato to come out, my sons girlfriend started to eat her sandwich, only to find a hair on the side salad, one of the knives had not been washed and had some food dried on it, we had enough, I asked for the bill, we didn't have to pay for the cheese and tomato sandwich, as they had made an error, but despite the fact that we left the other two sandwiches almost in tact, we were not offered a discount, it cost me £13.95 for three soft drinks, I will not be returning, the young waitress was rude, I actually felt sorry for the older waitress and that is why I did not kick up a fuss, suggestion look into your public relations and cleanliness, both of which are lacking in your establishment. I'm only giving a star because it doesn't let me post this without clicking on the stars, in my opinion, no stars are deserved.
